Why can't I open email links that are sent using the Microsoft office application?

I don't have Microsoft Office myself, but there must be a way I can open items sent using that. It always asks for the "Administrative code numbers.

You can get Microsoft reader programs free-of-charge. They can open Word and Excell files. You can't use them to create Word or Excel files though. Go to Microsoft's website for more details.

Raymond W. Thanks for the answer. I have already downloaded the Microsoft reader program.It doesn't seem to work. Maybe it wants the administrative code because I am the secondary user of my computer account??? Thanks anyway.......bobbyjo2006@veriz... Report It


Try downloading Open Office, the link is http://www.openoffice.org.

It should be able to open and read the MS Office files
