You mean to then be able to carry the flash drive and use those applications on any computer? No. Almost every piece of software must be installed on the computer. Files are put in the windows directory, modifications to the registry are made, etc.

Its more complicated than just folders, there are registry keys that need to be written, file type associations, etc. You need an installer. I believe iTunes is a free download. But office you will need an installer and a cd key, because it is NOT free.
