Microsoft office Word 2003 is this an upgrade or a full version?

I sold a program, which it never stated upgrade on the cover, but when I sold it I put exactly what was printed on the cover, and took a picture of the front and the disc. The lady that bought it states she thought it was full version, and wants a full refund and automatically went to dispute it. Tell me what you think...

If this goes to arbitration, I think you're going to lose. If you knew it was an upgrade (and, realistically, you should have), it was up to you to state that in the description. You can't hide behind a misleading box cover.

Not revealing it's not a full version looks like bait-and-switch or outright fraud. Give the lady her money back and move on.

Well, think the lady's response answers your question, no?
if the size of ms office 2003 is 300mb then it is full version
You may have sold a program but did you yourself buy it in the first place? If you did, you must have known what you were buying, whether it was to upgrade your 2000 version, and also you would have had a clue by how much you paid for it. 'Let the buyer beware' is the well known term (caveat emptor) so unless you deliberately misled her and stated full version when it is not, she really can't do anything about it. However, if you are in the habit of selling products you will get a bad reputation if this sort of thing happens and if I were you, I would refund the money, and try to sell it again for what it really is.
