How many computers can I activate my copy of Microsoft Office 2003 Professional edition?

How many licenses did you buy ? As much as Microsoft say they don't track this information, I have tried to put 1 disk on a few computer and received an notice that number was in use by another computer.

Have you tried Openoffice ? it's free and can be installed on any computer.

technically as many as you want but this can become illegal, one is supposed to be the limit, but as long as the computers that you install it on are YOUR computers in your house or workplace then there should be no problem if it does not let you install on another computer you should either call microsoft and give them your product numbers so they can verify it and they may give you an alternative key. but if you bought the program meant for buissnesses it should be unlimited, i think professional is that one, but it may be for students and teachers.
you would have to read the EULA to be sure.

it depends on what flavor you have. is it an OEM (came with the computer), if so that license is "married" to that machine. is it retail? is is a Select/Open license?

the EULA will say what you are allowed to do with your copy.
