The email address would be the same on both computers but there are two users. Is this possible?

you know i had that delimma.I bought a newcomputer and putthe program in.went to register got flack from microsoft.explained to them that i paid over 100.00 for this program and i think i should be able to put it on my new computer without buying a new one. they finally helped me Report It
