First, save your Microsoft Office contacts into a Comma Separated Value file. Then within Yahoo Mail, choose Options. Then, select the Contact Options link on the left hand side of the page. Then within the option shown, you will see an Import/Export Contacts link. When you select that, in the upper area of the page is the Import section. Select Microsoft Outlook (.CSV) from the drop down list and then browse to find the exported file created from Outlook. Then press Import Now and you are done.
