does this always occur when you boot your pc up? if it does then search all your start-up folders and you may find a peculiar shortcut file to it.

if that didn't solve the problem, try letting that initialized window to finish and it might search for the office installer cd/dvd so you must have it. after it finishes installing try rebooting your unit and see if it still occurs. (take note: this will occur often if you have multiple accounts in your pc, aside from your account you might have the guest account activated and etc, you should be able to specify during the very first installation of office that you have multiple accounts by letting the needed features to run all on your pc and the installation process must be in an account that has all admin rights to avoid such problems you are having now.)

if the things mentioned above does not sole the problem then try re-installing your office and take heed of the note i made above.
