Should I install Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 and uninstall my Microsoft Office 2003 Standard ed

Will the Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 be more effective and easier to use than the Microsoft Office Standard 2003 edition? Would you recommend the 2007 or 2003? I've heard the 2007 editions are a lot harder to use cause the menus have disappeared from the top. Are the buttons still pretty much in the same spot or have they completely moved around making it virtually impossible to find the Font bar, Size bar, etc.

Word 2007 has a completely new interface. Some think it is more intuitive, some think it makes things harder for you to find. I'd recommend trying it first before buying.

From what my friends tell me, Office 2007 is horrible compared to 2003. The interface is a world apart, and 2007 can't even open most old .doc files from Office 2001...

I would most certainly choose 2003, as it's also less expensive, I'd bet.
