Does anybody know how to do a stem and leaf on excell from microsoft office?

Unfortunately, it isn't built in to office. It's a real pain. You will have to do it by hand. Be sure to put commas in between the numbers on the right hand side, though. Excel doesn't handle super-long numbers very well.
