In microsoft office, how do you "make it fit" like in word perfect?

I recently typed a resume and in microsoft office I can't find the button that says "make it fit" like my old program. Does anyone know how to do this with microsoft office? My resume is about 3/4 of a page and I want it to fit to one entire page nicely.

Select the entire document then press ctrl + ] this will take the font size of everything up by a single point. One or two of these should get the document up to size
