I don't think you can because when you scan a paper its like scanning a picture. The is no data for the text just for the picture. Who knows maybe there is sophisticated software out there just for this. Plagiarism is a crime!!! lol

When you scanned the document, you may have been able to "Save As". At that point you could save it as a .doc or .docx file extension as opposed to a graphic layout. See if your scanner settings has such an option, or post extra details such as the make and model of your scanner in the details area and someone should be able to give you instructions if your scanner software has this ability.
you can't. since it's scanned, it's an image. you'll need an image editing program. MS paint is probably the easiest to use and you most likely have it. just open the scanned image, put a white box over whatever it is you want to get rid of, and type over it.
however, if you're wanting to make drastic changes like the font/color of the whole page, it's probably the best to just re-type it.
