Can I run Microsoft office windows version run on Macbook air?

I am thinking about buying a Macbook air. Can't decide between Toshiba m600 and Macbook air. My husband said I can run it. Is it true?

Currently you can run Office 2004 for Mac on the MacBook Air. The new version of Office will be out sometime this quarter. I work for a school system that has over 1000 Macs that are running Microsoft Office. I do not know of very many programs that will not run on a Mac. I can actually run XP and Vista from my MacBook Black. Also I have a Toshiba m400 Tablet and it is twice as heavy as my macbook.

Although I'm not sure about the support for Macbook Air, BootCamp was the program that supported running windows on a mac..

Thing is, BootCamp never got out of the Beta gates...it is considered unstable, and you should pretty much write it off as an option...

Still, I would get a Mac over anything with Vista on it. Although, it of course depends on what you are doing. Remember, MS Office also has a Mac release. Unless you are planning on doing a lot of programming though, Mac is probably where you want to be.
No, you can't because mac only lets you use their programs, thats how they make money.
no, Apple has a dual compatible version you can use.

It can be used on up to 3 computers (meaning it has 3 serial registration numbers).

However, do your research before buying the macbook air.. it is missing a lot of essential computer functions.

go there and theres a few articles of things its missing. Its a very expensive computer for it to have such few options.
i dont think so

because its a windows program
