What do I need to do in order to sync my blackberry with microsoft office?

You should download BlackBerry Desktop Software:

It's advised that you get the latest version.

While installing it on the computer, just select the options that pertain to you. (Most likely you integrate with BlackBerry Internet Service.) You also select what items you want to sync with Office.

Connect the Pearl to the computer via USB with the desktop software open, and it should sync for you. If you have any problems, the knowledge base should help.

Edit: You can set some items for wireless sync, but I always do a wired sync every so often.
