You would need to find the actual installer that was used to install it in the first place. There probably isn't an easy way to find that since the manufacturer would have used it and then removed it before the computer got to you.

What I would actually recommend is finding the registration number, install key, or whatever that MS office uses and writing that down. Then, if your computer crashes, download a (probably cracked) copy of Office from the internet and then enter your own (legal) key.

Alternatively, you can talk to your computer manufacturer and see if they are willing to give you a CD with the software on it. Many large computer retailers give these out readily.

As long as you have the product keycode somewhere safe, you be fine. That's all you need, you'll be able to download it and put in your product keycode that you paid for and your all set.
You wont be able to take an already installed program and burn it to a CD. You will need either the install program that was used to install it, or, you will need the actual MS Office CD. However, you can always download a torrent ISO of it for free, although this is illegal and I dont suggest it....
