How do I update the email addresses from outlook express to microsoft outlook (office 2007)?

I copied the WAB file (.WAB) that has all the addresses onto my new computer, how do I update that into Microsoft Outlook contacts. Also, I copied all the DBX files such as inbox and sent items, can I use these to stick the old emails into new Microsoft outlook?
