I you mean to do the spell check, you can do it by going to the menubar and go to Tool/Language/Set language there you choose Spanish (Spain-modern sort) you can also set it as default.

Now if what you want is to change the language in all the menus:

Change the language for the user interface of Office programs

1. Obtain the Microsoft Office 2000 MultiLanguage Pack and install it.

2. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to Office Tools, and then click Microsoft Office Language Settings.

3. On the User Interface tab, click the language you want in the Display menus and dialog boxes in list.

Notes:

If you change the language of the user interface, but don't change the language for Help to match, the terms for menus and dialog boxes used in Help won't match the ones you see in the program. I got this info by open Microsoft Word Help and in the Answer Wizard Tab type: "Change menu language" it haves links to more info so I think you should try it.
