What are the uses of microsoft office in service industries?

Microsoft Office is a suite (collection) of programs including Word which is used for composing letters, memos, fax cover sheets, invoices, customer mailing lists and other documents. Power Point is used for graphic presentation whether for customers or for management.



Excel is used for spread sheets including financial information, inventory, payroll, billing and other information.



Depending on the version, you get Access which is a pretty good database program.
