Microsoft Word 2003 fax wizard question?

I am using the fax wizard in Microsoft Word 2003, when I get to the part where I insert the name, I begin to type the name, and it autofills to one already in my list...my problem is that the last name begins with a lowercase letter, I am trying to capitalize it, how can I do that without adding an extra space, or how can I delete the names in the list altogether?
