How do you print screen of only the highlighted window in Microsoft Office?

hmm...you talking about printing the selected words or using print screen for just the specified window? Print the words, just press ctrl+p to bring up print screen and select "selection". If wanting to use prnt scrn button just hold alt+prnt scrn and it will copy the specified window

hold alt and press print screen.

I'm not sure if this is what your asking for, but pressing print screen collects the entire screen to the clipboard. holding alt whil epressing, only collects the active window
Just about any program, (web browser, word processor, etc) if you select text there is a option to set the 'Print Range' to 'Selected' when you go to File %26gt; Print.
