As long as you've got a legitimate copy of a previous version installed you can do the upgrade as opposed to buying. Go out to the Microst site for the upgrade www.microsoft.com

Since you already have MS Office, you can upgrade. This is much less expensive than buying a full version.
Not sure the best place to get it because there are so many.

If you're a student or a teacher you'll pay a lot less for it too. I've seen it everywhere, Sam's, Wal-Mart, Office supply stores, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc...
