If i re-install Microsoft Office, will my messages in Outlook be lost?

i am having trouble with Microsoft excel, and am thinking of un-installing Office, then re-installing it.

Will i lose my messages in Outlook if i do this?

Try looking at tools, preferences,options, or something like that , and tell Outlook to save your messages to another drive/partition. When you reload it should find them. Maybe you will have to tell the new Outlook where you are saving.

there is a file by the name of outlook.pst just copy this file to another location. after reinsatlling the office, place the this file back .
