They show on screen but not when I print out. No use having a spreadsheet without gridlines to separate each entry!

In Excel Click File
Click Print
Click Preview
Click Page Setup
Go to Sheet Tab
On the middle part left side, you will see Print
Underneath that, put a check on "Gridlines".
Click OK.

If you want gridlines on your entire sheet, go to:

If you want gridlines only in certain areas, select the area and click the borders shortcut on the menu or, go to:
%26gt;Format %26gt;Cells %26gt;Tab: Borders
Select the cells you want, right-click, then select Format Cells, go to the Borders tab and choose the kind of borders you want.
Page set up, sheet, and tick gridlines. So much easier than borders unless you want outside borders thicker than inside.
theres a ooption name BORDER in ur toolbar click on it and it will show u which grid shoould have border
