None of the literature that came with the computer has anything remotely resembling this key. I did not get a disc for or with the application.
If you already have the software installed, go to http://belarc.com and download their free Advisor program. Run it on your computer and it will give you a detail listing of all the hardware, software, etc on your PC. It includes the serial number used to install any microsoft progducts currently on your computer.
Record the number for future reinstalls.
It should be on the package the software came in. I hope you saved it.
I just bought that, the key was on the back of the clear sleeve.
If u got a PC with one pre installed, it can be a Trial version...Else check with the retailer/ store where u purchased regarding the license..Then contact Microsoft if needed to purchase or get a serial sent to u..

If it came with the computer and they didn't provide a disc, then odds are that you only have a trial version installed. Very few computers come with the full version of MS Office installed, since it adds several hundred dollars to the cost of the computer. If you have a receipt that shows you paid for the full version of MS Office, contact the manufacturer and get a disc and/or key for it.

There are many programs you can download that do what you need. The previous answer includes one. However be careful when trolling the net for information like that. I realize that your situation happens with many computers sold new today. The software is called OEM, or original equipment manufacturer. The catch with this is that it is only licensed for the one computer. Generally if you do a reinstall it will put itself back with that number already filled in , but if you just have the factory restore disk it was done at the factory. Here's the good and the bad. The good is the OEM software is CHEAP!!! There are also Student and Teacher versions for the same price. That really should be red and blinking. I just bought Vista Ultimate for all of my home and office computers. If I bought the retail edition it would cost me 399.00 a copy. It comes with a nice pretty black box and includes both 32 but and 64 bit versions of the software. The second link below explains what this is,and the best part! The OEM version which is the exact same program costs only 195.00!
I have tried going to the settings and text toolbar, but the option to rotate is grayed out!!

Open Microsoft Word
1. press ctl + o.
2. find the file you want to delete.
3. right click on it and go down to delete
4. click delete
this will delete the file and send it to your recycle bin.

Unless you specified otherwise when saving, the document/file will have been saved to the My Documents folder. Open My Documents, locate the file and right click down to delete. This will place it in the recycle bin. However, if you are sure you want to delete it, click on file icon with left button of mouse to select, then press Shift Delete to completely delete and bypass the recycle bin.
I have microsoft xp office on a CD rom but it is in a zip file. How do I unzip the software from my disk to install on my computer?

If you have some file archiver on your computer like WinZip or WinRAR, then you can put the CD into your CD-ROM drive, go to My Computer %26gt; CD: . Just double click on the file to automatically extract it. However, in case you don't have any file archiver, you can download the free AlZip from http://altools.net/ , install it and then proceed as above. Once the setup is extracted, follow the on screen instructions to install Office.
i presume u have a windows xp operating system, all you have to do is double click the zip file, give the correct path to unzip, go to the directory where you unzip the file, click on the setup file, follow the instructions... and i think you will find the microsoft office installed.
7zip kicks WinRar's butt, and it is FREE, forever.
If you have Windows XP or Vista, you should be able to double click it and see the contents inside the .ZIP file. Any other version of Windows that's older will require an external application to open the .ZIP, such as WinZip or WinRAR. Afterwards, just double click the SETUP.EXE file.
I know how to do it in the 2003 version but i recently BOUGHT the 07 full package. Does the 07 even have such a feature?

I think alot! 2007 is a great upgrade from 2003. I know that I have 2007 at home and I think its unreal what you can do with it now I have 2003 at work and its amazing to see how limited you are with things compared to 2007. You can get a free trial download of 2007 and try it out!
